Extremely courteous and helpful, even in a crazy time!
I went through a refi utilizing James and the Simplist platform to refi our home during this time of extremely low rates. James was a great broker, making himself very available (within reason) for any questions I had, and he was great at providing useful info and feedback, even when he was clearly extremely busy with other clients trying to take advantage of the great rates available currently. We ultimately were able to float the rate for a while, then lock on a very quick closing with an extremely great rate. Between James and our loan processor Dan, I was always able to get my questions answered within a reasonable timeframe and overall this was a great experience. James really worked hard to get me the best rate and to make sure the terms were agreeable to my financial situation.
Simple and Smooth Refinance
Simple to start and Simple to finish. Jared is a great to guy work with, he is very responsive even on weekend. The process is well designed, i did most of the Review/Sign Off online with clear instructions. Compared with my last refinance many years ago, this time is much easier and smooth
Almost seemless refi
Had a hickup with getting needed documents so interest rate went up but we still dropped our rate by 2.13% so we are saving a bunch of money. Jeff and his team were easy to work with and we would use them again if needed.

My experience refinancing with Ryan was seamless! I was nervous going into the process because I know how tedious and stressful a refi can get but working with Ryan and his team completely changed that. He was quick to respond to all of my questions and I felt as though he really cared about getting the loan closed as efficiently as possible. I will definitely be recommending some of my friends to Simplist. My fiance and I couldn't be happier.

The entire process from start to finish was great. James was very patient and helpful and I never felt pressured. I liked him so much that I recommended him and Simplist to my parents. They are not that good with technology and James has been helping them every step of the way.

James was great to work with. We found him to be very responsive, day or night, and he always took the time to answer our (many) questions. He patiently worked with us to find the rate we wanted, and was pro-active and moved quickly when that rate became available. 100% I would recommend James.

Jared completed my first refinance and is currently working a second. Quick and straightforward communication. Process was easier than expected and we have him bookmarked for potential future properties. Working a third refi for my mother that did not go through Jared and process is taking twice as long. Wish I found him sooner.
Refi during the apocalypse!
I started the process in the middle of february. Im self employed. During Covid, the rules and regulations were constantly shifting. It was becoming difficult to get straight answers from the lender. But not from Jared. While i was pulling out what little hair i have left in frustration, Jared was a rock. He never had any doubt, never gave up, never stopped fighting for me. He was always available. Always had a plan. Always gave me good advice. I was ready to give in. Jared wasnt. Im not going to go into details, but it was more complicated than i anticipated it would be. Jared got it done as he said he would. If your looking for someone who will guide you through the process, theres no one better. Go ahead, try someone else. Its your life. When your tired and confused, call Jared. He'll get you squared away! Thanks again my man! Wouldnt have made it if it wasnt for your hard work and persistence!
