Very Easy Process
James Green was our Mortgage Loan Officer, and he was amazing! The whole refinancing process was very easy, thanks to James -- he responded quickly whenever we had questions, and he was able to patiently explain the answers so that everything made sense. The communication was really good, and the actual close took about 10 minutes. I would absolutely go with him again.
Best Mortgage Experience Ever
Having gone through the mortgage process quite a few times I can honestly say this was by far my best experience. Jared and his team handled everything expertly and pleasantly. The information I was provided was accurate and timely, nothing unexpected came up and the product I ended up with fit my needs exactly.

Ryan was very professional at all times, keeping us aware of everything that was happening, If I had any questions he was always available to answer. This was the first time we had ever refinanced, I didn’t know much about the process, he made it really easy to understand the things I had questions about. I really enjoyed working with him. Ryan and his team made a very complex process seem incredibly simple and the amount we will be saving over the rest of our mortgage is incredible! I had an excellent experience refinancing my home with Ryan. He was on top of the game, explained the options, and once we locked the rate, followed up to get the loan closed on time, despite the my townhome owner's association throwing in some last minute delays. I highly recommend Ryan.

I highly recommend James Green, our Loan Officer with Simplist. He facilitated our loan refinancing so smoothly! He was very professional, yet friendly, knowledgable of all aspects of the process, answered our questions thoroughly and promptly. There were some delays working through the C19 pandemic, but James made us feel reassured and up to date throughout. The best!

Ryan and Simplist were excellent and pleasure to do business with. Before working with Ryan while I was shopping for refinancing I was bombarded with calls / email but nobody could provide clear answer on how much would be the fees, timeline and interest rate. It was very different with Ryan and Simplest. I was able to get and later provide most of the information on the website. When talking to Ryan, he already had all of the info and reviewed it before the calls, so our calls were short and very to the point. All of the fees/rates applied during closing were the same as originally provided on the webiste. I ended up refinancing our house from 30 to 15 years with only paying about 10% more monthly. This is by far my best experience working with the lender. Ryan is definitely takes this process to a new level and work very professionally, quick and very efficiently.
