Jared is amazing
Jared has now helped me multiple times with refinancing. I had a conversation with him maybe a year or 2 ago about making 2 property loans into 1 and he was able to do that for me because of the LTV and the property appreciation. Now in our most refinance Jared was able to get me such an amazing low rate for a 30 year. Highly recommend him, he's very good at what he does, great solutions for the things you want to address, and he's fast!
They worked hard to get this loan done...
I have had a lot of loans over the years and since we are mostly retired, refinancing becomes much more difficult. I was skeptical about Simplist but in the end they went above and beyond (as did I and the lender as well) to get our loan done. Other mortgage companies have been unable but Simplist came through for us. The representative we worked with was excellent as well. The only thing we had issue with was working through all the disparate systems they use to manage document flow...but in the end we were able to get them everything they requested and approve it all online. I would recommend them highly for any sort of mortgage. Ours was about as difficult as you get, and we closed last week.
Unbelievable
This mortgage was probably the 7th or 8th I have done and was by far the easiest. Ridiculously easy. Ironically, I work for a major bank. From the loan officer, Jared, to the processor, to the notary that come to our house, it could not have gone better. Applied on a Friday, closed in 10 business days. Great interest rate and reasonable closing costs. Run, don’t walk to Simplist.
For new loan or refinance, you can't find anyone better
Actually to be true, I never thought I will say this for any finance company, but the company is really the best. I own 3 properties as of today. Two of which were already purchased in CA and one I was buying new in CO and that's when I came to know about them. I went with them because they were giving best rates. I worked with Madeline, and in my first call itself she sounded very true and genuine when she talked about the fee and everything else. Everything was transparent. But with me, I was buying this new property in completely new state and I wanted to complete the transaction within 2-3 weeks, so that I can just land into my own house rather than staying in rentals :). My real estate agent said that it's impossible. He said that he has never seen this in his 25 years of career. But Madeline and Dan stayed on top of things. They not only got me best rates, but also refinanced and did new loan, both together within 15 days. To be true, even I wasn't sure if it's possible, but they did it. They are the best team to work with. I am now referring them to my friends and also going to ask to refinance my third property as well. Love them :)

Great experience working with Simplist
I first heard about Simplist by chance, through a LinkedIn or Youtube ad, and just thought I would leave it a chance. I have to say that not only I got a much better rate with them, but the level of support I got from Seung Cho and Dan Paez and their professionalism along the way was just impressive. Thanks again guys, so happy to have now closed!
Another great experience
Jared was awesome as always. Always responsive, helpful in explaining things to someone who doesn't deal with mortgages every day, and got the deal done in a limited amount of time.
Just do it
Jared and Dan were awesome. Easy to work with. They were also patient with my particular case. I'm self employed in entertainment and that makes things a challenge - I travel all the time as does my wife, and no bank loves seeing self employed - but they helped me over the finish line w a great rate and it was super easy given everything else.

Very smooth and quick, and worked with us to fix all problems
Overall, the process with Simplist was amazingly smooth and quick. Their people hustled every step and of the process, and it was very much appreciated by my wife and me. Further, we had an issue with an appraisal on a loan that was well under market comps. We discussed the issue with our broker and they found an alternative loan with a similar structure and then PAID FOR THE NEW APPRAISAL! The 2nd appraisal was $90K higher (and in line with market comps) and made the loan we wanted feasible, albeit with a different lender. This wouldn't have happened with most other brokers. The team at Simplist really went above and beyond and we thank them for it.
