A great experience, start to finish
This was my first time refinancing with an online company. My last refi was 10 years ago through a local bank and while I was wary, Jason and the Simplist team were fantastic to work with. Jason was very quick to respond to any questions I had, even on weekends, and was thoroughly versed in all the steps and document needs to get through the refi. I was totally amazed at how fast the closing was, and the rate is still one of the best I have seen (and I shopped around for a while!)

simple and a good deal -- totally recommended
I solicited recommendations from friends and auditioned a bunch of companies for a refi. I also talked to some companies with good rates but no personal recommendation. I researched the companies themselves, the likely lenders (if it could be guessed in advance), and everything I could. It was really no contest: No one beat the rates of Jason Weber at Simplist, and no one really checked out as more trustworthy, as far as could be told in advance. The process turned out remarkably simple and quick: not so many papers to sign as last time, much faster. Jason had some great ideas that moved things along, and was super responsive to any worry I had along the way (all worries turned out unjustified). The new lender seems even easier to deal with than the old. Saved enough relative to the old mortgage to put one of the kids through an expensive college. Really, this was just fantastic.

An amazing experience
I'm so glad we found Simplist. From the very first moment, the whole loan experience was so much easier than I could have imagined. Their website makes the process clear and simple, and unlike so many other sites, I didn't feel like I was about to be swarmed with calls from dozens of lenders the minute I filled in a form. But moreover, it was our Loan Expert, Jason, who really helped us get the exact loan we wanted. He was organized, incredibly responsive and he really listened to us. We're really grateful for Jason's and Simplist's help getting us in our new home. A great experience, every step of the way!
